Austin Habitat for Humanity is seeking proposals from experienced vendors to support two key areas of event production during the 2025 Carter Work Project. We are issuing RFPs for:
On-Site Event Logistics – Manage and execute logistics for large-scale event days on the build site.
Carter Work Project Week Events: We provide Planning and production support for a variety of off-site, on-site, and community events throughout the week.

As a responsible contractor, it is your duty to oversee the entire repair process while ensuring that every step of the way is handled with utmost coordination, precision, and skill. You must lead a disciplined workforce and bear all labor, materials, equipment, and tools expenses. More importantly, you must obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and inspections and comply with construction laws and regulations. Through prompt communication and close collaboration with the client, you can immediately address any discrepancies and promptly facilitate inspections or approvals. With these measures in place, you can complete the construction project efficiently and safely and fully comply with the law.
